Connections to Success' Kansas City location is housed on the third floor of the midtown Red Cross building at 211 W. Armour Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64111. Just like our other CtS locations you'll find hope and love are the watchwords here. We continue our mission to empower determined individuals with a plan and resources to achieve economic self-reliance with a unique array of programming.
